Hired to make assessment on data availability, quality and potential feasibility of GIS in fulfilling MDF needs to provide the ability to complete analysis related to variations of cost-effectiveness and geographical balance as well as to visualise achievements of MDF in relation to overall reconstruction process in Banda Aceh (area affected by disasterous tsunami in December 2004).
